Laura Mayfield, RN, DNP a faculty member of the College of Nursing at UAMS presenting results of her research on cord blood donations. She has looked at knowledge of cord blood banking and barriers to cord blood donation as well as facilitators to donation. The research was funded by a grant to CBBA from the Windgate Foundation.
